The term “scrub” refers to the means to care for skin and to a cosmetic procedure deep cleaning the face, through which this care is carried out. This is a relatively new technique in cosmetology. Orange scrub (for normal to dry skin).

Composition:

• 1 part oat flour or ground of Hercules;
• 1 part orange powder (for its preparation can grind in a coffee grinder dried orange skins);
• 2 parts semolina.

You can do it even easier: Hercules grind in a coffee grinder and soak it in milk.

Homemade scrub is slightly less efficient, professional cosmetics, but also has a pronounced cleansing and rejuvenating effect. The mixture is applied on face for a few moments, then you can slightly massage the skin and rinse with warm water. It is possible to carry out such a procedure and for the whole body: to enhance the effect, it is necessary to add in the oatmeal a little bit of natural ground coffee.
