  • three tablespoons of flour;
  • three eggs;
  • 100 gr. mayonnaise.

First of all, the beef (you can substitute minced meat), lightly fried in a pan. Separately fry the finely chopped onion until Golden brown, combine both products and continue to fry until almost fully cooked. Then use the remnants of yesterday’s mashed potatoes or cook fresh. The main requirement to it – thick and dryish consistency. Optionally, you can add a little butter.

Next you need to cook the sauce. All the ingredients (flour, eggs, mayonnaise) put in a bowl and mix until smooth. Cooking in a slow cooker, before loading product do not forget to grease the bottom with sunflower oil.
