Diet Is The «Favorite»

Who would have thought that for the sake of harmony does not have to starve for days, take laxatives and diuretics and resign ourselves to the other flour? Diet «Favorite» is truly one of the most favourite methods of weight reduction. And it’s not only that you can do «little blood» when restricted diet. Just a week of following the special menu to people lose up to 7-10 extra pounds. But this is not the main – drop weight is almost never returned, and the body gets all the necessary deep but natural cleaning.


Seven days of the diet


Finding recipes for diet «Favorite» you will never have problems in the diet are only available products which you can create simple and familiar dishes. An important condition – don’t change the following sequence of days at their discretion.


First day Use any liquid in unlimited quantities. In the menu include not only drinking water and tea, but meat broth, vegetable and cereal broths, kefir.


The second day. All meals consist of any and, importantly, favorite vegetables. Especially welcome: white cabbage and carrots, peppers and cucumbers, tomatoes and courgettes, pumpkins and eggplants. Eat as many of them as you want and as we like – raw, part of salads, cooked, baked, grilled, etc.


A third day. Again use only drinking diet, as in the first day.


The fourth day. This time pamper yourself fruit. It is desirable to choose the fruits in season and those that grow in our band and not come from nowhere. In addition to apples, contact and useful for weight loss products, like oranges, grapefruits, bananas, kiwi, pineapple.


The fifth day. The long-awaited time for the meat – today favorite diet invited to give preference to foods rich in protein – as boiled meat, eggs, milk and milk products, cottage cheese.


The sixth day. Regular drinking day.


The seventh day. Appeal to almost balanced menu. This day can be considered exit from the diet, for it developed a special menu:



  • Breakfast: two eggs, hard boiled, unsweetened tea

  • Second Breakfast: some fruit

  • Lunch: easy chicken broth with addition of buckwheat or rice

  • Afternoon snack: fruit

  • Dinner: salad from fresh vegetables, dressed with olive oil. Salt dish just a little bit


Based on its objectives and expected results, you may choose to reduce or, conversely increase the duration of the diet «Favorite» – use menu with alternation of food and drinking days and 5, and 10, and 12, and even 14 days.

Menus can hardly be called a hungry – even in drinking days, you can use something significant (бульончик, yogurt, drinking yogurt, freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices with pulp and without), and in unlimited quantities.
